2005 Motor Yacht Pelham 12.3

Professionally built hull by Graham Pelham with the rest completed by the owner (who is still one of the ½ share owners) to a high standard. Launched in December 2005 she has a social layout with plenty of room and two large cabins. The master cabin has a large double bed and the forward cabin has 4 bunks. The saloon is spacious with large windows and great views out. The galley is aft and well kitted out including a 4 burner stove, grill and oven, plus a domestic style fridge and freezer. The cockpit has a wetbar to aft, direct access to a second day head and nice moulded steps leading up to the flybridge. The flybridge has good seating and a nicely laid out helm, including a recently added Garmin GPS unit.

A new 330hp FPT400 (detuned and chipped) was installed in 2018 and only has approx 260 hours use since. She has shaft drive for easy maintenance and bow thruster for easy docking.

New Bow Thruster Unit recently fitted. New Water Pump, Accumulator Pump and Mecerator. New New Start and Bow Thruster Batteries. New BEP Battery Monitor and Gas Dectector. Last Antifoul Aug 2024, Last Engine Service Nov 2023.
